In Ricks book it says it is 6.50 E plus 3E reservation for the Accademia and 9.50E plus 3E reservation for the Uffuzi.
On a Florence web site it was more like 15 E, what is correct?

I paid 6.50 Euros, plus 3 Euro reservation charges for both. Since then, the reservation charge has gone up to 4 Euros, but the base ticket price has remained the same.

I made my reservations a couple of days ago and the total for each museum for two people was 21 Euros...previous posts for 6.50 admission and 4 euros reservation gives the same answer.
