My wife and I are looking to travel to the Tuscany area for two weeks, we are looking to arrive around harvest time. (aka in Michigan from August to end of September is harvest for the area fruits and vegetables) We would like to see this area of Italy just before all the fields are gleaned. Our plans are flexible, so the time frame is open. Thanks.

It will depend on the harvest.
That area of Tuscany is a wine producing area, for the most part, and also olive oil.
Grapes are harvested in September or early October. Olives in November. But throughout Tuscany many are the agricultural productions.
