WelComoCard?

We are planning a trip to the Lakes Region in October. I consulted a guide in addition to Rick's Milan & the Lakes Region (excellent for what it covers but I wanted more about Bergamo & Lake Garda) and the other guide mentions something called a WelComoCard which gives discounts around Lake Como and provides a website. That website seems not to exist. Does anyone know about this and whether it still exists? Thank you.

That's a new one on me.

Searching the interweb all I see is a bunch of old linx, several talking about its launch in 2009 and not a lot afterwards.
