Has anyone had experience with this company. When I went to book tickets to the Accademia,
I was directed to get tickets through them, which I did. But not sure how "official" they are.
Want to know if anyone had experiences with them.

Order your tickets through the official ticketing outlet for the Accademia (+ the Uffizi and some others):

Who " directed" you there? That does not sound like the official site.

Well, I did not book Accademia tickets with them, but several years ago I booked a wonderful, inexpensive Secret Passages of the Palazzo Vecchio tour with them and it was very much legitimate, just to set your mind at ease. However, I don't think they are the "official" Accademia site.

If you're going to be there for close to 3 days, I recommend the Firenze card.
Breezed into the Uffizi and Accademia with no reservation, no wait.

I'd also say that you have to want to see much more than the Accademia and Uffizi over 3 days to make it worth the purchase.
