So its either Wed-Fri in Rome with Fri-Mon in Florence or Wed-Sat in Florence with Sat-Mon in Rome? With a planned departure to Naples/Sorrento Monday evening. While in Florence I am planning to attend a full day wine tour. So where do I want to be for the weekend with the most sightseeing available. Any feedback would be great, Thanks C-

Either way would work but I'd W/T/F in Florence with S/S/M in Rome to put yourself closer to Naples for your departure. You can see the Coliseum, Forum, Pantheon, Trevi, etc. on Sunday in Rome. Since Monday will be mostly taken up with traveling to Naples and getting to the airport, I'd decide which city I'd rather spend more time in and adjust the schedule since realistically you have 5 days rather than 6.
