I’ve reserved a car to pick up on Saturday at 2pm but the car pick up information says the location closes at 12:30although the car is confirmed for 2pm pick up. I’ve seen elsewhere that AVIS closes at 2pm. How can I confirm the actual Saturday closing time for AVIS in Como.

Have you tried looking at their website?
Almost all agencies close around noon on Saturday
This website indicates a 2 pm closure
I would get there much earlier

Closes at 2pm according to GoogleMaps also.
But I wouldn't go there at closing time. Go as early as you can.
