Travelling to Rome in March. Have visited the various websites (Travelocity, Priceline, Hotels.Com, Booking.Com) are there any other websites that may contain better rates for hotels in Rome? Thank you.

If you are getting the same price at different sites, there may be no better rate.
Do check the hotel's own site

The best prices I’ve ever seen are usually with otel.com and they also have some of the worst reviews by travelers. Book with the hotel directly. If you find it cheaper somewhere else then ask the hotel if they will match the lower price.

Check Ibis and Accor hotels.
Have you used the filter feature for price on Hotels.com and Booking.com?
Edit : check Sofitel hotels too

There are often special offers for hotels in Rome on voyage-prive . There may not be many and offers change frequently but you may strike lucky and find something you like. Discounts seem substantial....
