Wondering if there is something I am unaware of. I want to make reservations for the colosseum, Forum, and Palintine but often the website is inaccessible: https://parcocolosseo.it/
Is there times this website is down and in general what is the correct place to buy this ticket (I know 1 ticket covers all 3). I have seen ref to coopculter, is it just a 3rd party?
Thx
This is the official site
https://www.coopculture.it/en/faq/
The link you posted is a third party reseller
Ah, silly me for thinking the link provided by google maps would be "official"
Actually, the https://parcocolosseo.it/en/ is an "official" site. It's just more info-focused on the Colosseum, Palatine, Forum and Domus Aurea (Parco archeologico del Colosseo) than coopculture, which is largely for ticketing and includes other sites around Italy as well.
If you go to purchase tickets on the https://parcocolosseo.it/en/ website, it throws you into coopculture ticket-booking pages. And yes, the site wasn't working for me either a day or so ago but is back up now.
Thx for this info. It seems I have the same question for http://galleriaborghese.beniculturali.it/it
I don't see these tickets listed on the coopculture site. The verghese site seems down a lot...
Bill, I can't get into the Borghese site either so maybe it's undergoing some maintenance. It was down for awhile back in June as well.
However, If you're trying to purchase tickets, it looks like the website of their official vendor (which in this case is Ticket One Sistemi Culturali (TOSC) and not coopculture) IS working:
Ah, I just checked the Borghese site this morning and it's up again, Bill! Yay.
How far ahead are the ticket dates for the Colosseum on the coopculture website posted? Am looking for September but only seeing through August so far. Advice on when to start checking for September would be much appreciated.
Regular entrance tickets are currently available through Sept 8th so it looks like they go up for sale on a rolling 30-day schedule or so. Just keep an eye on the site.
I only checked regular entrance tickets, not "Full Experience Arena", "Full Experience Arena and Underground" or "Wonders of the Colosseum" English didactic tour.
