I am going to Venice on the 26 of March for a week. can you help me with what to expect with the weather and what type of clothes I need to pack.
It's still a bit early to get actual weather forecasts, those start to be available 7 to 10 days prior to your dates at the location in question.
In the meantime, here's the next best thing, input your location and span of dates and it gives you data

I know you think there should be an answer to this question but there isn't. It is early Spring. You need to plan for a range of temperatures and conditions. Probably will rain, could be very chilly and maybe warm. So several light layers that can be added or subtract as the weather changes. Take a rain jacket/umbrella, waterproof shoes, light sweater etc. Probably about how you would dress for a week in Spokane.
Hi Carol - In March Venice is cool and rains frequently(light) Temperatures will be between 52-64 based on advance as well as previous temperature structures for the city. Also it is usually a bit windy. All in all;however, nothing to stop you from having an amazing time!!!
Ciao, Greg
Got back from Venice 4 days ago and it was bitterly cold. Even though it was dry and the sun shone the temperature rarely got above 34F during the day and the wind cut right through us. Two days after we left they had a heavy snowfall with 30mph winds. So, who knows what the weather has in store for the rest of the month? Maybe Spring will start in earnest and maybe not.
I was there in March of 2008 and it was cold and rainy the entire time!! A poncho might work better than an umbrella, because it leaves your hands free for packages!! It was quite chilly. Watch out for the slick passageways.
