What is the weather like in Italy (Rome and south) from November 16 - 28, can I expect a lot of rain, and what will the temperature be like? Thanks!

Because you are asking the impossible question, the standard advice is you have to prepare to a wide range of weather from very warm to chilly to dry to wet. Days are short and the sun is week. Bring multi layers of clothing so that you can add or subtract as need plus a good wind breaker/rain jacket, waterproof shoes, stocking cap and gloves. With luck, it should be dry and sunny but could be chilly and wet.
