We are traveling mid February to end through Rome to Milan. Wondering what to pack for the weather.

Winter clothes. Milan and most of Central/Northern Italy may get down to the 20's and low 30's F (below 0 C) at night. Expect low 50's during the day at best.
Rome and coastal areas of Central Italy is less cold, but not by much. Maybe 5 to 10 degrees F warmer than Milan.
