Does anyone know what the weather and temperature is like in Cinque Terre around 20th April. Is it likely to be wet or cold?
Oh dear, that doesn't sound too good, but we will be prepared with jackets and sweaters. Does anyone else have any better crystal balls out there?
PLEASE!
I don't use a crystal ball, I use goat entrails. Says Cinque Terre, 20 April: heavy rain, possible snow followed by tropical afternoon.. Low -5, high 39 centigrade. None of us can know the future with weather. Go to the FAQs at the top of the subject list, click faqs, click on the 4th answer down (weather) and fill in what you need. You'll get a lot better answer there, but remember historical performance is no indicator of future performance. Sorry...
Being English myself I do understand British humour. Can't think of anything particularly funny to say myself but I was only looking for a general idea on temperature. I do remember now going to Portofino at the same time of year and it was lovely. I will look where you suggest.
Thanks
Jennifer Here is the weather link if its hard to find.
Try www.wunderground.com, it is user-friendly; type in Vernazza, or other, and get current and historical data. Good luck
We have been there twice in April. We found that except for the wind, on a couple of days, it is a wonderful experience. Can't say that the weather ever kept us from doing anything we really wanted to do.
April is normally warm and sunny...
Thanks guys
this sounds more optimistic and I will also check the weather web sites you have given me.
