Are water taxis available outside the Venice Marco Polo airport at all times of night/early morning? My family of 5 will be flying into the airport on a weekday at about 3:30am and will need a way to get the area of Rialto Bridge. If no water taxis are available, can we call/order one to come get us?

I am pretty certain there are. check the Marco Polo Airport for more nformation. We ordered one for a friend of ours to get to the airport from Venice at around 5am. Anyone at the airport can help you get one. Hope this helps.

The cheaper water buses won't be running that early from the airport. You could also call ahead to some water taxi place and see if they operate that early and if they are at the airport for anyone to get or if you have to reserve ahead.
