Has anyone used this company recently? What was your experience? I’ve booked two tours with them (Colosseum and early access Vatican) on consecutive days in June. I know The Roman Guy and Through Eternity are highly recommended but the tours appear similar and Walks offers a full refund (not voucher) up to 24-hrs before if we need to cancel.

My history isn’t necessarily recent. In 2020 they canceled my tours due to Covid but only gave vouchers. In 2022, I cancelled one tour (purchased with voucher) no refund. They cancelled underground colosseum tour with less than 24 hour notice. I did get refund then .

I used them in 2017 and again in 2019 in Rome and Florence and have nothing but positive reviews. I also did the Colosseum and Early Vatican and both turned out great. My experience is not recent but if you go on Trip Advisor you can read recent reviews.

We used them last week for a walking tour of the Coliseum, Forum and Palentine Hill and For a walking tour of Pompeii. The Rome guide was much better than the Pompeii guide. The Pompeii guide’s receiver was not good enough to hear a lot of the time.
