Has anybody done the Pompeii to Amalfi coast positano tour from Walks of Rome .. its about 169 euros comes with a driver that picks u up at a location in Rome..

A few tour companies that always get mention on here like context Rome or through eternity,have great reviews,but has anybody used Viator for doing tours in Rome

Viator don't run tours. They are a reseller and contract with the actual providers. The result will depend on the providers they contract with.
