In 2020 Walks of Italy cancelled our pre-paid reservations for Pristine Sistine. They sent an e-mail and promo code which they said was good for 3 years. However, I tried to re-book Pristine Sistine for June of next year and get a message saying the code is invalid. So far, Walks of Italy has not responded to my e-mail inquiry.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Sorry about Walks not responding. They have a very active Instagram and I’ve responded to their story several times with questions and they’ve always been quick to respond. Maybe ask about the code there? Or Twitter?
I just used RICKWALKSROME last month but it was for a tour for this coming September.
Forgot to mention it was two vouchers for a total of $478.00.
Hope they haven't changed their minds.
Perhaps check your spam for any repies they may have sent you, or double check the email you are sending your questions too. I have been in regular communication with them this month and they have been very responsive. You might also go to their website and intiate a conversation through their chat feature. Good luck!
I had this exact same problem. I emailed them, no response. I switched to the chat feature on their website and was able to rebook new tours. The chat feature worked for me.
Since I reported a problem here regarding Walks of Italy I feel I need to come back and say it was resolved. I initially used an email address listed on my voucher but when I used the "chat feature" on their website I received a response the very next morning.
They honored my two vouchers and booked the tours for me for June 2022. Great customer service!
