We want to walk on the Amalfi coast in October this year. The self guided walks offered by tour companies seem so expensive compared to booking hotels oneself. It seems on pays huge amounts for maps, advice and having ones luggage moved from place to place. Has anyone who has done this got any advice please.
Thanks
Sheryl
For DIY's check out Giovis Trail Maps in Italian and English. His site will also reference a female local hiker site who is British. There are a couple services for private guides. If the weather gods are with us we will take the bus from Amalfi to Bomerang to hike the path of gods to the west. Maybe walk a distance and return or continue to walk down. Path of the old paper mills from Amalfi.
