Waited too long to get tickets for Secret Itinerary for Doges Palace

Was watching to see which day would be better to be inside for museums and now only one ticket left for 2 of us for the Secret Itinerary tour for Doges Palace. Any advise on other tours that might get us to see many of the same things as on this tour?

Jayne, don’t leave us guessing about what you have already tried. We can then give you alternate suggestions. My first thought is check out walks of Italy if you have not already done so.

Thanks Carol. While I looked at Walks of Italy, they don’t say they do more than the entrance. I was hoping to see the other areas the public ticket isn’t able to see other than on the secret itinerary tour. I considered going on the French speaking tour since there still are seats on that tour but sadly our French lessons ended in high school.
Is there any way other tour that has assess to the same areas as the SI tour?

I’ve done the Secret Itineraries tour and I believe it’s one of a kind
If your date is soon you might try emailing and asking if they can accommodate just one more?
Or can you change to a different date?

Good luck, it’s a great tour

I was also going to ask your travel dates. I just got 2 tickets for the Secret Itinerary Tour for the end of April (the tickets were just released earlier today). I would call/email to see if they can accommodate one more.

We arrive tomorrow and stay through Monday. I did call yesterday but was told only one ticket like I saw online but try emailing now. I was hoping for another company that might do a similar tour but since that has not been anyone’s response, I’m assume no.
Thank you.

Ah, didn't realize your travel dates were so soon. Yes, I'm only seeing single ticket availability for the dates you are in Venice. Still, sometimes people cancel so I wouldn't give up yet!

That tour is operated by the Doges Palace itself, so I don't think there are other options. I'd buy the one available ticket, too.

Thanks all. I bought the one and will hope for another.

use your hotel concierge, or someone at the front desk. they probably know someone. Or if you have a "fancy" credit card that offers travel/concierge service, have them work their magic. There are ALWAYS tickets available when the right person calls.
