Vueling vs. EasyJet?

I'm still having trouble booking Vueling online. Called the # in Spain, then sent email on 'contact us.' Was told to send them via email all my Master Card info INCLUDING the security code (!), & they'd "let me know if they could take my card." (not a secure booking site, just their email address!) Anyway, has anyone had good luck w/EasyJet flights? They seem to have the same baggage allowance & are about the same price as Vueling Rome-Paris. I'm about ready to bail (pun intended) on Vueling!!

Thanks for all the input. I'm just a little ticked at vueling....perhaps it was a language barrier, but the operator at the number Norm mentioned told me they couldn't take American MC even over the phone!!! She didn't even ask for the CC number! Then the email reply from my enquiry didn't ask when, where, who, & how many...just asked me to send all the CC info incl. security code to this email inbox...so they could tell me if they could take the card. I've used this card all over the world, & my CC co. says they haven't turned down any charges. I'll give it a day or two & maybe try again...but EasyJet is looking pretty good right now! (I'd just prefer to deal w/FCO & CDG, not Ciampino & Orly...but that's probably just b/c I'm familiar w/the former.)

Of all the discount airlines I've flown with , EasyJet is the most professional run of the bunch.
If the price is right you should book with them.

We have used Easy Jet a few times and also found them excellent. They are our discount airline of choice.

You can call vueling at 011 34 902 333 933 to book....they charge 7 Euro altho you may get them to waive the charge if your CC goes thru...explain that the website isn't working for you. Vueling's baggage charges are a little lower per bag (9 versus 12 Euro at the airport) but easyjet has unlimited weight for your cabin bag, as long as you can hoist it up...size requirements are the same. Otherwise, the airlines are basically interchangeable in terms of services.

We flew on Easyjet last fall from Milan to Paris and we thought it was very good. No problems and we were right on time. We booked through the link on this site - Skyscanner. Good luck!
