Cheri, I can't comment on this specific apartment but I can comment on the street & surrounding area. We stayed at the Palazzo Olivia apartments in Sept 2009 (you should consider this apartment; the building was wonderful). Palazzo Olivia is on Via dei Leutari which is the same street as the apartment on VRBO that you're considering. It's a fantastic area; really central & close to everything. It's between Campo de Fiori & Piazza Navona and there are a lot of nearby restaurants as well as ATM's/banks, bus stops and a taxi stand on Corso VIttorio Emmanuel. One reason you may not be getting any/few replies to your VRBO posts is this is not the best place to get that type of response. VRBO web site almost always has reviews by folks who have stayed in that particular location. Also, have you tried TA?
