Vow Renewal Locations/Services in Sorrento

Greetings!

My family is traveling to Italy for our parents' 40th wedding anniversary. We'd like to surprise them with a vow renewal in Sorrento. Does anyone know of a service/hotel/restaurant where this could happen, who offer things like a dedicated and private space for a small ceremony and an officiant (doesn't have to be an official wedding, as they are already married)?

Most places we've looked, it's going to cost between 5000 and 10000 euro for such a service, and that's far too much for six total people in attendance.

Do your parents have any particular religious affiliation? If so, perhaps the local establishment could contact/recommend the equivalent in Sorrento?

Is there any possibility that one of your party can act as the officiant? Vow renewal isn’t required to have any official attending, so maybe a reservation at a lovely restaurant with a garden you could gather in and have a very private renewal ceremony? And if you feel your parents would like a religious officiant, you might still be able to get by with a very informal and more casual-in that not tons of planning has to go into it-ceremony. Might there be a waterside park or beach or ??? in Sorrento where you could quietly have the ceremony, yet might be special because of the location? Then you all celebrate with a fine dinner somewhere. I imagine the dinner is in the plans anyway.
There has to be a way to not pay such an exorbitant fee for a vow renewal!!
