Voucher for Vatican tickets

I bought Vatican tickets online but have not received my voucher yet.I tried the resend link at their wedsite, but that did not work. When I tried to email the support line my message would not go through. Any suggestions?

1) check your spam filter

2) certain email providers (I think Comcast) have a reputation for blocking responses from italian email addresses.

3) call the Vatican office. Account for the time difference.
