We had a change of plans and have an open night that I need lodging. Any recommendations in the Volterra/San Gimignano area would be appreciated. Only issue is I need parking

a few years ago we had a very nice stay at the Hotel Leon Bianco ( San Gim) we paid for overnight parking just outside the main town gates. it was a good experience to stay and watch the day tourist depart ( the locals come out then) and the hot air balloons rise in the valley before the day tourists arrived. beautiful scenery.

We always stay at IlVicario just outside of San Gim. Can’t recommend it highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.
