Vodafone holiday - finding Eng support

We have our phones on vondafone Holiday plan for €30. it's been so useful for calling numbers within Italy and each other and transfers when we are near wifi. checking on our balance is a challenge. calling Vodafone numbers are in Italian and Ziff use google translate or iTrsnslate to understand sections. Using Chrome to translate read the websites to get info, but nothing for Holiday support besides the FAQ page, which has a broken hyperlink. https://www.vodafone.it/portal/Privati/Supporto/Tariffe-e-Prodotti/Estero/Vodafone-Holiday-Frequently-Asked-Questions-Privati

The mobile App is in Italian and so are the phone operators. My hotel's front desk called the number and requested a call back to me with an English speaking operator. But I have no voicemail.

I've been to the Vodafone stores but they are so busy they just direct me to the websites or numbers.

Any Vodafone user tips are useful,
thanks

When I use Vodafone I get a text message after each call showing the balance in euro. I also have the default language set to English, but that only helps with navigating the site, not with translating texts.

Simply dial 414.
Vodafone will send you a text with the residual credit:
"Il tuo credito residuo è X euro"

Thanks for the replies. I've tried dialing 414 and the other short codes, but none of them work. Its diff for the Holiday travel promo. I actually had an English-speaking agent from Vodafone call me a specific time, on the top of the hour, and he explained everything going on and how to use the Italian version of the mobile App. 😎
