Hi! I just purchased tickets for Peggy Guggenheim and Gallerie dell'Accademia in Venice. Websites for both sites route me through Vivaticket for online ticket purchase. The voucher received through e-mail states the following about ticket pickup: "Pick up at the ticket office from an hour before the show by submitting the payment receipt and an identity document or delegation by the actual owner of the reservation." It is unclear to me what is meant here by "ticket office". Do I need to pickup at a Vivaticket office or do I redeem the voucher for a ticket directly on the Peggy Guggenheim and Gallerie dell'Accademia respectively? Thanks in advance for your responses!
