Hi all,
I am wondering if a visit to Vico Equense would be worthwhile. we are staying in Sorrento, and the day we tour Pompei I was thinking about checking out Vico since we pass right by it on the train back to Sorrento.
If it's a thumbs up, what is the best train stop to get off for Vico ?

Vico for food/restaurants. Not so much for the town itself.
I have an idea that some of the towns near Sorrento may have beaches, but those would not be close to the Circumvesuviana stop. Sorrento's one public beach is nice trucked in sand, but it's very narrow and small, between the two marinas, thus smelling of diesel fuel.
