visit to Rome

we recently had a last minute trip to Rome . Because of your blog I scheduled a one day cooking class in Toffia at Convivio Rome. It was absolutely delightful!!! Guido and Sally were wonderful. The cooking was so much fun and delicious Sally gave us a tour of the surrounding area and it was beautiful. If you have only one day to spend away from Rome without a doubt try this cooking class. You wont be disappointed!!

Could you possibly put this in the "Trip Report" section? This is really GREAT info, and people shouldn't miss it!

Wendy, after reading your report, I went to the Convivio Rome web site and googled Toffla, and found a really nice magazine article about their cooking courses and the area. It seems like a really, really great experience and area, another great way to diversify a visit to big and bustling Roma!

Thanks, Wendy! Great tip. I've now put that on my "possibilities" check list for our fifth trip to Italy next year. What a charming looking village (that I've never heard of before).
