And the best part of the virtual tour is the absence of the persistent chattering voices. It is silent. I haven't been to the Sistine for many years but the amplified announcements reminding us, in every language known to man, that it was a holy place and to keep silent made not the slightest difference to most of the tourists who not only talked loudly but called out to one another.
