Has anyone gone on one of the vip tours of Venice with Dark Rome or Walks of Italy and was it worth the price. Thank you

I have used Dark Rome and Walks of Italy in Rome but not Venice. I was very satisfied with both. Suggest you go to Trip Advisor and check out the Venice reviews there.

I used Walks of Italay for a vatican tour in Rome and loved it. I haven't in Venice.
In Venice I did 2 tours with Alessandro from Rick's guidebook. http://www.schezzini.it/ We did both the Walking Tour and we learned alot about Venice from his local point of view and parts of the city that we might not have ended up in. And we did the bar tour with him. I recommend both of those.
