Looking to see if anyone has the name of a business selling Vino Sfuso in the general area of Santo Spirito?
Will be in Florence for a week in September and would love to try some of the local wines this way.
Thanks, Paul

Usually vino sfuso is available at local wine co-ops. Try asking your hotel or BnB host for the location of the Florence agricultural co-op.
I know a few but not in the historical center.
I have this article from Florence newspaper ‘La Nazione’ which gives 10 addresses, including the ones I know. “Il Santo Vino” I think is the only one in the list that is in Santo Spirito. However Florence is not that huge. All others are just 10-15 min away by taxi.

I hadn't heard of vino sfuso before so I Googled it and found this nice article
When I stayed near Piazza Santo Spirito, I bought vino sfuso at Il Santo Vino, Borgo Tegolaio 46, just a block from the piazza. The owner has a nice selection. I tried a few different varieties and especially enjoyed her Bolgheri, although it was sometimes sold out. EDIT: The owner speaks fluent English.
Unless you are in the very centre of the city, usually such shops are never too distant. It does not make sense to cover a lot of ground, first as bottles aren't that light to bring around, second as any supermarket will have a choice of wines usually in the 4 to 10 euro per bottle bracket.
