Too many to list. At the last census of the Department of Agriculture (2010) there were 383,645 wineries in Italy (down from nearly 800,000 ten years earlier). In spite of the drop in numbers, that is still a lot. I would suggest to drive on the Chianti State Road (SS 222 - Via Chiantigiana) and hit a few. http://www.chianti-italy.com/chiantigiana.htm South of Siena, also, go to Montalcino and taste some Brunello. There are a few tasting rooms in town or also at nearby wineries.

Danielle: As other posters have indicated there are hundreds and hundreds to choose from. Do a little internet research (keeping in mind the locations) and compare and contrast and see what you like. In central Tuscany our favorites are: 1. Panzanello - a small family winery on an ancient vineyard with delicious wines. Andrea is a great proprietor. Panzanello is just outside of Panzano. 2. Volpaia - this is a charming old hilltop village where the wine operations have subsumed the whole town. It is a memorable experience. Their super-Tuscan - Balifico is outstanding. Volpaia is close to Greve. 3. Vignamaggio - a gorgeous estate (this is where the real Mona Lisa lived). Beautiful wines. Vignamaggio is also close to Greve. All three wineries have websites. Do make reservations for tours and tastings - you will have a better experience. You can also arrange for lunch or dinner as part of your tour. We did that at all three locations and had a wonderful time. Have fun.

There is one I like in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany at Montefioralle. The owner Fernando gives wine tastings and you have to book in advance. This is their website
