Vineyard Lodging in Tuscany

We going to be traveling by train from Sorrento to Interlaken in August and are looking to breakup the long trip by staying one night around the Florence area at a vineyard hotel/B&B. Does anyone have any recommendations that aren't too far from the main train line & under $200/night?

Has anyone stayed at either Castello Vicchiomaggio or Castello di Verrazzano near Greve in Chianti?

Perhaps nobody has tried those yet, so we'll let you be the Guinea Pig. If they look good, trust your judgment. I'm not sure how easy these or any other agritourismo will be to get to without a car. The closest train station to Greve in Chianti looks like Figline Valdarno, which is served by regional trains, not the high-speed trains. Even if you take a bus from Florence to Greve, you probably still need a local transfer to either of the "Castelli."
