We are looking for recommendations for Tuscany day tour from Florence. We are taking my 18 yr old daughter to Italy for graduation and she would like to do a tour of wine country. I’m looking for something with a food component. She would enjoy touring vineyards and learning about wine, scenery, etc but I think her enjoyment of the actual wine might be limited (My husband & I will have no trouble w/wine tasting 😉).
The number of tour companies is overwhelming. We are willing to spend
100-200 + euros pp if it’s amazing but it doesn’t need to be that expensive either.

YES -- we used WalkAboutFlorence for this -- check out their webpage.
We love the CHIANTI WINE & FOOD SAFARI TOUR.
We like the company so much, we also did their BEST OF TUSCANY TOUR with them the next day.
IF you book, do so directly with the WalkAboutFlorence site, no need to go through a 3rd party like Viator.
The tours were amazing - the guides were great. Food and experience unforgettable.
