We are booked on the Oct 16 Village Italy tour and are considering a trip to the Prosecco Hills since we are arriving early. Can anyone recommend a company that provides transportation from Padua and tours of the vineyards.

we did a tour out of venice to the Prosecco hills. we took the train to susegana, was met by our guide, Oriana, in her van and off we went for about 5 hours. stopping at couple wineries with lots of tasting and lunch in the hills. had a great time and Oriana is the best. she grew up in these gorgeous hills and still lives there. notice it’s by the group not each.

good luck and have fun. I’ve also sat outside of cafe/restaurant in venice for a flight of local prosecco wineries. I don’t want one that I can buy in the states

My husband and I are on the 10/2 Villages of Italy tour. We arrive in Padua on 9/30 and would very much like to do a wine tour on 10/1. Is anyone else interested? That look great. We were going to go to Verona that day but I would rather go wine tasting. Even on 10/2 we would have time also because RS Tour doesn’t start until 5 pm and the wine tours get you back at 4:30. Terry and Bob…are you interested? I know you read this forum. I looked up the above websites and they look like a lot of fun. Linda and Andy
