Village Italy 2020 tour

I don't have any info on the tour you're referencing but are you sure you've got the right one? 5/9 - 5/29 is 21 days but the Village Italy tours are only 14 days. The only tour of 21 days in length is the Best of Europe tour; there's one from 5/10-5/30.

I’m sorry - no direct info but I’ve been in touch with RS on other matters. Right now they are beyond swamped! Totally buried. Is there a specific reason you need this information?

We are confirmed for this tour and it appeared on the tour dates until this morning.

OK, so if you've only been trying to reach customer service since this morning, give them some time to get back to you. Pretty sure they're up to their necks right now in the cancellations/reschedules of Italy tours up to April 12th.

To confirm, there was a phone outage with our provider in the Seattle area for several hours earlier today. This seems to have been fixed within the hour.
