We are signed up for Village Italy June 15-28th. Ideas for clothing - more capris than long pants?

Likely warm to hot. Wear whatever you are comfortable with in hot weather. Nobody will care what you wear but watch out for ZSGBL ("Zona Scarpe Grandi Bianche Limitata" or Limited Big White Sneaker Zone). Wearing white sneakers in these historical areas can result in heavy fines by the Italian Fashion Police (the cARMANIeri) which will be mailed to your home together with a copy of Vogue.

How many pr of bottoms are you taking? I would take 2 capris and 1 pr of long pants which I would use to travel on the plane in.
BTW, you didn't ask but this is a fun and wonderful tour! I did it last October and had a terrific time.

I am not a pants person unless it is winter. I like to wear a long dress on the plane since I am more comfortable in it. I usually bring a pair of capris, several dresses and skirts and of course my running clothes. I am 54 but my 20 year old daughters also pack similarly. They do bring one pair of jeans.
