Villa to rent near Naples for 19 people in July

We will be celebrating our 50th anniversary this summer. The plan was to take a Mediterranean cruise with our children and grandchildren. In fact, we have reserved it. However, we just found out that we have grandchild #11 coming on May 25, which we are beyond excited about. The dates the group is available are July 5-15. (We are dealing with grandkids athletic schedules and only those dates work.) Since babies must be 6 months to take a cruise, we are re-thinking. We don't want to leave anyone home. Since several of the group have round-trip flights booked in and out of Rome, we would start and end there. I am thinking of looking for a villa (or something) that would accommodate all of us with a pool. Being 100% Italian, Italy is always calling my name. Ideas include staying near Naples so we could also visit Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, etc. We are open to other areas that might work better too. I would really appreciate a suggestion of a place that would accommodate grandkids from 1.5 months to 20 as well as our adult kids in their 40's.
FYI: We have organized tours with students and adults with a tour guide but have never done a villa for an extended length of time.

Sorry, I don’t know about villas in that area. We did rent a beautiful one in Tuscany though.
When we rented our villa, they had to be rented Saturday to Saturday for a one week minimum. If you want to search for villas in Tuscany from a local rental agency go to Chianti dash and dash more dot com.

Here is a company you might try. It is Feeling Italy (https://www.feelingitaly.com). We rented from them a few years ago for our month stay in the Sorrento area. The company is located in that region. Very good recommendations and communication. They have a "chat" feature on the website which was very helpful.

19 people will be hard to accommodate in one villa. We are talking at least 9-10 bedrooms. There aren't many villas that size. Anything above 4-5 bedrooms will be a challenge.
How about renting 10 hotel rooms (obviously a large hotel). July is the busiest month, so you'd better make early arrangements.
Also this is a case when hiring a travel professional might be advisable.

I stayed at a villa in Termini, on the Sorrento peninsula, last month (September 2022) that would easily accommodate your gang. It was really great, direct view of Capri, a small pool, 5 bedrooms in the main house and two annexes with 1 or 2 BR each plus living space and extra kitchens. Plenty of bathrooms. Clean, well-maintained, with spectacular gardens. Off street parking. Daily maid service, 2x/week garden service. I recommend it highly, with one caveat. You will need cars to get there, and you will need nerves of steel for the up and down driving. It sits down a hillside (okay, cliff) from the town of Termini (near Massa Lubrense), down a very narrow road with hairpin turns.

You can then walk back up the hill for groceries, not very far, until your heart settles back down out of your throat. After a few trips up and down, it got easier. You can also walk down to the shore, where there is an ancient lighthouse. Boats to Capri or the Amalfi Coast leave from Nerano (very close but another one of those cliff side drives…)

Both rental cars got a bit scratched, so buying the no-deductible insurance is a good idea.

Here is the link via AirBnB. I think they cross-list on other platforms. Villa Luna
