Villa Suggestions - Walking distance from towns

We are planning a family trip to northern Italy in June of 2019. We prefer the Emilia Romagna, Piedmont, Lombardy or Veneto areas and are seeking a villa with 6 bedrooms, and a swimming pool. We'd like the villa to be close to a town with restaurants and a grocery store. We'd also like it to be not far from public transportation (i.e., train and/or bus station). Does anyone have any suggestions or websites that cater to these needs? Thank you.

You will need to find a local agent with expertise in these areas.

Try www.viewsonvenice.com I don't have any personal experience with these rentals but the website looks amazing. Perhaps there are some readers out there who have rented from it and can give their feedback on it?

Could you manage wiht 5 bedrooms? Villa Ribota is on my bucket list. Haven't been, but I've followed the owner's reno blog and almost booked two years ago.

Tuscany Now and More has some places in Veneto, but mostly specializes in Tuscany and Umbria villas. We used them two years ago (instead of Villa Ribota due to my friends' wishes) and had the most incredible place in San Gemini, Umbria, right on the edge of a gorgeous town. The back door led out of town, the front door into the main piazza. I know, Umbria is not on your list, but just as an example.
