Villa Rentals in or near Cinque Terre: any suggestions who to contact?

My mom and step-dad are thinking about renting Villa in or near Cinque Terre for at least two weeks in late June/early July 2008. One week they would have friends join them and one week they would have me and my family and my brother and his family join them.

My mom and step-dad are in their late 60s/early 70s, but they are extremely fit - they bicycle long distances, play tennis, and hike regularly. My mom's parents were Italian immigrants - from Southern Italy - so my mom understands Italian very well and speaks it a little bit. (When my mom was growing up in an immigrant neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York, the kids her age didn't want to learn their native language. Now she regrets that she didn't grow up fully bilingual.) My mom and step-dad have been over to Italy a few times joining friends who arranged a villa rental, but they've never organized the villa rental themselves. We would appreciate any suggestions for good websites and companies to contact. If there are any not so good choices out there to be warned of, I would appreciate knowing that also. My mom and step-dad have never been to the Cinque Terre area so this will be a great new experience for them and for me and my family.

I've been working on planning a trip for my husband, me, and our two daughters 10 & 6 years old. Now the plan is that my immediate family will spend a week on our own - probably the last week of June - and then we will join my mom and step-dad (and hopefully my brother and his family) for a week - probably the first week of July! We think we will all fly in and out of Milan.
