Villa needed near Sarteano, Italy (must have heated pool)

Greetings,
I am looking to rent a villa next summer near the town of Sarteano in Tuscany, but it must have a heated pool. We will be a party of 6 adults and two children, possibly two more adults and another child. We wish to be located near Sarteano, not too far up in the hills, but are having great difficulty finding a villa with a heated pool. My sister and her husband have rented villas near the town several times and have worked with a local to secure accommodations in the past. The last villa they rented did have a pool but unbeknownst to them, had no heat and as they were there in September, the cold nights made the pool too cold to enjoy during the even sunny days.
Due to some mobility restrictions, a villa within walking distance of the town would be ideal, but the most important item would be the heated pool. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated. Time to travel again!

Isn't this what VRBO is for? Or contact the nearest TI for some recommendations?

The heated pool will be the issue. Electricity and, therefore, heated pool is very expensive. We complain when they do not want to run AC for the same reason. Good luck

Depending on what temperatures you are used to where you live, and what end of September you are there, it may not be warm enough for the pool anyway. We we re in Volterra in September a few years ago and it was just pleasant weather. We had a pool but it was chilly and huge, I can't imagine they would have paid to heat it during what is actually off season for Italians. Maybe instead find a place that has a pool and a hot tub so you can enjoy in any weather? The kids probably won't care if the pool is cold, mine seem oblivious.
