Stayed there several years ago. If we ever go back to Sorrento we would definitely try to stay there again. However, You will need a car and good directions.

We have a reservation there in December. Tony, I understood that the proprietor offers a shuttle to Sorrento Centro. We won't have a car. Is the shuttle truly offered? Are taxis crazily expensive from Centro to Villa Monica?

We just got back from there last week and it is lovely. The owner, Pasquale, is very helpful and a lot of fun. He will pick you up from the family pasticceria in town because the b&b is up the hill. He has a regular schedule of trips back and forth. I would definitely recommend a stay here! Only one complaint, and if you read this, Pasquale, don't be angry but take it as constructive criticism... Do not go to the restaurant he brings you to and says all the locals eat here. THe menu is in English! It is not the best...and we are not the only ones who feel this way. The two Englishwomen who were there last week agreed!
Otherwise, a delightful stay!!! Grazie mille, Pasquale

We really enjoyed our meals that Pasquale recommended - in fact we went to Vino Verde twice and were able to enjoy watching a Napoli game with the locals. The bisteca entree was delish - as was the lobster ravioli. It has been a year since we traveled to Italy and we kicked off the vacation staying here. Great service, recommendations and Pasquale and his family made us feel so welcomed - I wished we had added an extra day here. His shuttle service was perfect for us!
