Hello - any suggestions for a villa in Tuscany or Umbria that has at least 5-6 bedrooms with at least one on them on the ground floor with step free access and also step free access to a pool?
We would like to stay within 2 hrs drive from Florence or Rome.
Prefer to get direct contact or links to owners/managers rather than going through a service. this

Bij, I know that you'd prefer to deal with owners direct. But the Spoleto-based real estate agent Luana Zingarelli is a real pro. She once alerted us to a great rental right off the main square in Bevagna. We loved it and dealt with the owners for the most part.
We know that she deals with the sorts of villas that you seek coz she has continued to send us updates and offers in the years since.
