When will you be going? We went a few years ago (maybe 5?) mid September, and we just purchased when we arrived. That said, Lake Como has become even more popular and it really depends on what time of year you are going. We really enjoyed the tour. The house and garden are lovely and the history of the people that lived there is fascinating.
