I'm looking up the website for the online tickets for Villa Bourgese, and all I can find are tickets for seating to an event there (in Sept.). I would just want tickets and a time for entry into the Gallery. The website does not seem user friendly.

They do make it a bit tricky but "seating" is what you're after! Pick your date, even though it says "noon" on the calender and then at the next screen you'll see choices for times to get in. They take American credit cards no problem and once you get started on the process its pretty straight forward...as long as you're not looking for seats! :-) It is rather confusing!
Remember its a 2 hour window you'll be in there for but its best to show up at least 30 minutes early to pick up your ticket and get in line. Someone else on here mentioned it and it really is true - if you are super far back in line you'll have to snake your way into the building during your 2 hour window.

I found the website challenging as well and reserved by phone for our visit in May. Telephone 06-32810, press 2 for English. Note the time difference when you place your call.

The reason they have "seat" assignments is because they sell a lot of tickets for concerts and such. Just ignore that part of the website. Just book the tickets for the time and date you want. Be sure to use the option to pick up tickets at the box office and not have them sent to you.
