Vicenza Train Station

I'm not sure whether my info is current, but I heard several months ago that RS chose to omit Vicenza from the Italy guide precisely because there is no baggage storage available there.

Good Question. I was there stayed 2 nights in May 2017. Lovely town birth place of Palladio.
Do not remember seeing that. Bigger more popular Verona may have one and is 30 minutes by train away.

And if it is true that Vicenza was omitted from a guide book because the train station does not have bag storage, that is dumb.

When I was in Vicenza last fall, there was no left luggage facility in the station. Both Padova and Verona do have baggage storage facilities. If you are changing trains or stopping in Padova, I would leave bags there. Another option is to send an email to the Vicenza Tourist Info Office -
