Vicenza: "library of food history"?

Hi, all! The internet is failing me, so maybe someone here can help. In the "Italy for Food Lovers Book", they mention that Vicenza has "Italy's finest library of food history". I can't seem to figure out what that's referring to! Anybody know? (Cause I want to go!! :))
