Has this part of the trail been reopened? We arrive the end of March. Sure hope so.

Sorry, no, it's not scheduled to fully open until 2021 although there's a little piece of it that can be accessed on the Manarola side.
Trail conditions were covered when you asked this question in an earlier thread.

The paths that are closed have been closed for what seems like 5 years now from landslide damage that is still unrepaired, so expecting them to change in weeks is very unlikely. Construction projects move very slowly and the dates for scheduled reopenings have been pushed back multiple times.
As Kathy mentions from Manarola a portion is open, honestly it is not particular scenic the part that is open but at the end of where you can walk there is a little café which is a good spot to have a drink and enjoy a nice view on their tables. In late March I am not certain that café will be open.
