My family and I will be in Montepulciano, Tuscany in May and we are looking for good recommendations for a vespa or scooter tour. Any recommendations?

I can’t offer any companies to consider, but I have two cents worth to throw in:
On our last trip to Florence a couple of years ago, we were at a scenic overlook when a Vespa tour came roaring up next to us. Many of them must’ve been vintage scooters, as they were unexpectedly loud, and several of them had noxious, nasty smelling exhaust, and were emitting smoke from the tailpipe. The smoke hung around, and at least a couple of them kept their motor idling as they sat at the curb, after people had gotten off of theirs.
Also, many (most?) of the participants weren’t wearing helmets, which in this day and age, why wouldn’t they? Whatever companies you find, I’d suggest confirming that they provide quality helmets in assorted sizes, and that their Vespas are maintained in good condition, so you’re not breathing others’ pollution while you ride.
They all seemed to be having a great time, but I hope nobody suffered, in the group or near it, as a result of some commonsense steps that appeared to have been skipped.

I’ve see a lot of e-bike tours in various places, especially through wine country areas. You might search that as an option.
