Where in Italy are you talking about??? I did this one once from Florence (they take you in a bus to just outside of town and then you go from there) - and it was pretty awesome: http://bit.ly/kuhmLi Full day, lunch, wine tasting (don't drink too much - you do have to ride the scooter back!).

Hi Lorraine, Another driving option in Florence is the Fiat 500 touring club (http://www.500touringclub.com/ ) One of the best days of or 2 weeks in Italy last October. Some of the cutest cars in the world and tons of fun to drive. We took the wine tasting tour and it was lovely. They also do dinner and picnic tours. -Libby
