I know that the Accademia has been undergoing major renovations and that some paintings are in a different location, are out on loan, or are otherwise not available for viewing. I looked at the Accademia's website to see which paintings are not on view, and one of the one's listed was Veronese's huge "Feast in the House of Levi." Can anyone who has been there recently tell me if that painting is completely off view, or has it simply been moved to another temporary location? The website indicates that it is the former. It is one of my favorites with a wonderful history, and I had been looking forward to showing it to my family when we are in Venice May 31-June 3.
